Who we are

Diamond Valley Community Support Inc (DVCS) has supported the local community since 1972.

We are an information, support and referral agency. We are community based and not-for-profit. Our commitment is to ensure that everyone has equal access to information about their rights, responsibilities and services that are available.

Our services are free, confidential, impartial and independent. We respect everyone's right to make their own decisions.

DVCS is managed by a committed and skilled group of volunteers many of whom reside in the local community. The Volunteer staff who interview clients are fully trained and accredited in provision in community information. This course is recognised nationally.

We provide information in the form of:

• Pamphlets
• Print outs
• Over the phone
• By referral

We also

• Refer to other local agencies
• Support and advocacy for people in financial hardship, Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) or in distress

Interpreting services are available if required.

We are open Monday to Friday 9.30am to 4.30pm.
